Take a mystical adventure from the intimate to the infinite with the practice of Inner Fire Meditation by David Newman. It is my intention to carry on his methodology for spiritual exploration that he has guided me and so many others through over years by offering this practice as a means to help others discover their intimate, true nature.

Through mantra, breath, the chakras, visualizations, prayer and devotion, this beautiful practice is designed to find a heart opening, grateful, joyful and effective way to move steadily toward the state of meditative consciousness “Samadhi”.

Meditation will include an ancient, sacred prayer as taught by David and a sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls.
